We’re looking for a hands-on, sharp-thinking Project Manager for our client, a leading player in the fast-growing world of small satellites.
Our client develops and delivers cubesats and complete small satellite solutions for clients all over the globe. As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead in keeping their mission projects on track – technically, financially, and in terms of planning.
You’ll be right at the heart of international satellite missions. From the first client brief to the final delivery, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with engineers, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
Your key responsibilities:
Setting up and managing project planning, scope, budget, and milestones.
Coordinating the day-to-day operations with internal teams and external partners.
Maintaining close contact with customers and stakeholders.
Keeping documentation and reporting crystal clear and up to date.
Making sure the project stays on track – and everyone knows where they’re going.
A technical degree (HBO or university level).
At least 2 years of experience managing complex technical projects (hardware + software).
Strong communication skills – fluent in English, clear and to the point.
A structured way of working, with an eye for detail.
A proactive, solution-driven mindset – you keep moving things forward.
A team player with a positive, open attitude.
Experience in space projects (small satellites are a big plus).
A project management certification (IPMA, PRINCE II, PMBOK).
Dutch language skills (not a must, but helpful).
This is a full-time role (32–40 hours) with a gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,800, depending on your experience and background.
